- Brief description:
- A fossilised jaw fragment with in-situ teeth of a red fox donated by W.A. Cheesman. Its age is unknown but it was probably collected from Levaton Cave, near Newton Abbot, which means that it dates to the Pleistocene epoch (2.6 million to 11,700 years ago). This object is on display at RAMM in the Down to Earth gallery.
