- Top bar: Sceptre laid horizontally with an Eastern crown on the left end, in gold plated silver. Ribbon: Ribbed silk in dark red. First ribbon device: Oval disc of gold plated silver, the centre of which is painted in colour enamel with Moses descending from Mount Sinai with the 10 Commandments on stone tablets in his hands. Around the edge of the disc is text infilled with blue enamel reading 'MOUNT SINAI CHAPTER No. 19'. Second ribbon device: Gold plated silver banner, entwined with foliage, partially infilled with white enamel and with text infilled with blue enamel reading 'ACTING M.E.Z. / 1914-1915'. Hanging device: Eastern crown in gold plated silver and with red and green gemstone detailing. It is on a triangle in gold plated silver and infilled with red enamel. They are on and within a circular band of gold plated silver, matt with polished trim and with a sunburst at the centre, in gold plated silver and with a fine ridged design. There is a presentation inscription on the reverse. Pin: Missing.
