The fasces are within a garter, complete with buckle, in gold plated silver and infilled with dark blue enamel with text reading 'CHAPTER / UNITY No. 132'. The garter is in itself framed within foliage in gold plated silver. Surmounting the device is a Seal of Solomon (six pointed, two interlocking triangles) in gold plated silver. Pin: Vertical.
