- Dark blue ribbed fabric sash with red and light blue trim. The joining point of the two ends is marked by a gilded metal button attached to a band of gold braid. The terminals are decorated by raised strips of gilded metal, giving the appearance of solid bars, from which are suspended a series of gold thread tassels.
