Brief description:
Oceaneering International(?). Deep diving decompression table. [1960s]
Collection:
Diving Museum
Comments:
Scan of a photocopy. "I think this table should be preserved in the files as it covers a period (the 1960s) when there were no well founded deep decompression tables available. Comex were carrying out deep diving record breaking experiments and the US Navy followed its own path, via underwater habitats. Both paths led to the foundation of good saturation diving tables in the 1970s." (Peter Dick) Mike Horlock, an ex-Royal Navy CD, was a commercial diver in the 1960s with Divecon.
