- White leather apron with a dark blue inner and light blue outer border of watered silk and a blue silk lining. The apron has a triangular flap with the same border. From under the flap hang two light blue silk ribbons with silver purl bars and silver bullion tassel ends (one detatched). There are three light blue silk rosettes attached, one to the flap and two on the apron. The apron has a belt of light blue silk ribbon, on one side only.
