Comments:
St. Peter Westminster Lodge, No. 1537 was founded in 1875, but the first regular meetings were not held until the summer of 1876 at No. 2, Westminster Chambers, London. They went on to meet in various locations around London before eventually meeting the Café Royal, Regent Street from October 1915 until the lodge was erased. During World War II (1939-1945) most of the brethren served in the armed services, therefore it became impossible the hold meetings. The last meeting of the lodge was held on 18 November 1946 and was erased in March 1948.
