Brief description:
Pierced and engraved silver metal oval plate jewel. Obverse, central to the design is a level and a plumb rule that have inset paste and are surrounded by a set square and compass. The compass is inset with paste at the top. To the left of the compass is a trowel and to the right is a maul. This is all encircled by a border that bears a rayed design. There is a hanging loop at the top. The design is mirrored on the reverse.
