Top bar: Gold plated silver bar infilled with dark blue enamel and bearing the text 'FOUNDER'. This is mounted onto a gold plated silver entablature with scroll designs. Ribbon: Ribbed and watered silk in light blue. Hanging device: Gold plated silver pierced Pythagorean star (five pointed) that is mounted onto a gold plated silver plaque and which is surrounded by three gold plated silver plaques each painted in coloured enamels with various depictions. The top one is painted with the Church of St. Nicholas, Deptford. The bottom left is painted with a depiction of Peter I, Emperor of Russia and the bottom right is a painting of the Golden Hind sailing ship. At the top and bottom are gold plated silver relief foliage motifs. Pin: Vertical.
