- Bronze coloured metal medal. On the obverse central to the design is a relief depiction of various masonic emblems. This includes a relief letter 'G' enclosed within a set square and compass, a plumb rule, a level, an irradiated All-seeing eye, and a rule overlaid with a trowel and gavel crossed in saltire. On the reverse central to the design is a relief depiction of a building. Above and beneath this is the relief text reading 'Masonic Center / Foundation / West Reading, Pa.'. Encircling this is a border mounted by relief text reading '25th ANNIVERSARY SEPTEMBER 17. 1988'.
