- Brief description:
- Pierced and engraved silver coloured metal plate jewel in the form of a shield. Obverse, central to the design is a circle with an axe at the top and two below to the left and right there are three stars inbetween each axe. There is a border around the circle engraved with the letters 'H', 'J', 'W', 'P', 'S', 'T', 'K' and 'S' which are spaced out and with stars inbetween each one. Around the border are arrow heads. There is an engraved rayed design around the edge of the shield. Reverse, central to the design is a lozenge shaped banner bearing an inscription with a rayed design around its edge. Across the top of the lozenge in a horizontal line are three flowers spaced apart. There are three flowers below the lozenge also spaced apart. There is a rayed design around the edge of the shield. At the top is a hanging loop in the form of a ribbon.
