- Top bar: Curved banner with scrolling ends in gold plated silver and with text infilled with dark blue enamel reading 'FOUNDER'. Ribbon: Ribbed and watered silk in light blue. Ribbon device: Steward's device in gold plated silver consisting of a cornucopia between the legs of a compass. Bottom bar: Banner curved into two sections with scrolling ends in gold plated silver and with text infilled with dark blue enamel reading 'CONSECRATED / MAY 16TH 1904'. Hanging device: Coat of arms of the Earls of Fitzwilliam consisting of a gold plated silver shield divided into four equal quadrants. The top left and bottom right quadrants show a a chequered diamond design in red and white enamel. The top right and bottom left quadrants are infilled with black enamel with a central gold chevron with two leopards' faces above it and a third below. The shield is surmounted by two crests - on the left three white enamel feathers coming from a ducal crown and on the right a white enamel griffin on a white and black enamel corded rope design. The arms are set on an oval shaped disc of matt gold plated silver and framed by band of gold plated silver infilled with dark blue enamel and with text reading 'FITZWILLIAM LODGE / No. 3023'.
