- This slide was made by Dr William Bolderston who was described as a ‘Modern Language Master’ on the 1911 census. He lived in Exeter where he was a member of the Royal Albert Memorial College Field Club, and he travelled around Europe where he took photographs and made them into magic lantern slides like this.
