Person's biographical note:
Ceramicist. She studied at West Surrey College of Art & Design, Farnham and settled in Britain. She has combined a career as a teacher and a maker exhibiting regularly at the Harlequin and Besson Gallery. Her stoneware pots have distinctive shapes with clear contours and ribbed decoration enhanced by the lively effects of ash and salt used in the wood and oil firing of her kiln. The work evokes the influence of the Mediterranean with echoes of ancient archaeological ceramics such as Greek Amphorae. She demonstarted at the 2003 International Ceramics Festival, Aberystwyth
