Top bar: Silver gilt in the form of a sceptre surmounted by a coronet. Ribbon: Dark red ribbed fabric. Ribbon device: Silver gilt in the form of a sceptre surmounted by the all-seeing eye (eye on sunburst). Bottom bar: Silver gilt in the form of a sceptre surmounted by a mitre. Hanging device: Silver gilt circle, reads ' DORIC CHAPTER No 5019 ' in relief, mounted upon which is a coronet on a triangle. There is a presentation inscription on the reverse. Inscription has been sanded out but is still legible beneath the re-presentation inscription. Pin: Vertical
