- A circular jewel of silver coloured metal on a purple collarette of ribbed silk. The jewel has the design of a chequered pavement in black and white enamel leading to a central gem setting. The jewel has a raised border with a sinuous pattern incorporating the head of a snake at the bottom. The back of the jewel has a cast pattern of concentric dots. There is a hanging loop at the top and a ring through which the collarette is threaded.

- Sophia Lodge, No. 13 was founded in 2003, it's name means 'Wisdom' in Greek and is used as the name of the personification of wisdom. The jewel of the lodge symbolises freemasonry leading to wisdom.
