Top bar: Gold plated silver bar surmounted by foliage and infilled with white enamel with text reading 'FOUNDER'. Ribbon: Ribbed silk in light blue. Ribbon device: Coat of arms of Scotland being a gold plated silver shield with a rampant lion in red enamel and within a red double line border. Hanging device: Oval shaped panel of gold plated silver painted in colour enamel with St. Andrew holding his saltire cross. The panel is pinned to a frame consisting of a border of dark blue enamel with text reading 'ST. ANDREW'S LODGE No. 3706 and a thistle wreath in gold plated silver. Pin: Vertical.
