- Painter and sculptor. Studied at Wimbledon School of Art, 1957-62, and the Slade School of Art, 1962-64. Taught at Reading University, 1964-71, Phillipa Fawcett College, 1971-75, London University Institute of Education, 1975-79, and, since 1991, at Kingston University. She has also taught as a visiting tutor at the Royal College of Art, 1981-86, and has worked as an examiner in the arts since 1982. She has had numerous solo shows at Flowers East, London. She creates varied sculptural objects and abstract works on paper, often inspired by landscapes she has visited in Chile, Argentina, Mexico and China
