- Letter handwritten in black ink onone side of one sheet of paper. Dated 26 October 1928, and signed by Fras. J. North Dufty, Recorder, from Craven Museum, Skipton, the letter is addressed to Mr Holgate. Dufty refers to collecting items from John Crowther's museum in Grassington, and being unable to find a perforated bone, which had been found in a cave. He asks if Holgate has it, and if it can be loaned to Craven Museum, as part of the collection of Neolithic, Bronze and Iron Age finds.
