Top bar: Gold coloured metal bar with a lotus flower at each end and a scallop shell above and below. The bar is infilled with dark blue enamel and with text reading 'FOUNDER'. Ribbon: Ribbed and watered silk in cream, faded. Hanging device: Gold coloured metal shield with a chequered design in dark blue enamel. The shield has a red enamel border punctuated with gold cross designs. The shield is framed by a garter, complete with buckle, in gold coloured metal and infilled with dark blue enamel with text reading 'DORIC CHAPTER No. 362 GRANTHAM'. Both are on a triangle of gold coloured metal. Pin: Vertical but detached.
