Top bar: Gold coloured metal bar, surmounted by foliage and infilled with white enamel with text reading 'FOUNDER'. Ribbon: Ribbed silk in cream. Ribbon device: Set square within a triangle, in gold coloured metal. Hanging device: Disc of gold coloured metal and painted in white and colour enamel, with clasped white and black hands, behind which is a rising sun. Below the hands is a painted blue block representing the sea, with painted text 'No. 5785'. The disc is on the Seal of Solomon (two interlocking triangles) in gold coloured metal and infilled with red and dark blue enamel. Entwined with the Seal is a band of gold coloured metal, infilled with white enamel and with painted text reading 'UNIVERSAL BROTHERHOOD / CHAPTER'. Pin: Vertical.
