Silver coloured metal medal. On the obverse central to the design is a relief left facing bust of King Gustaf V of Sweden (1907-1950) (see notes below). Encircling this is relief text reading 'GUSTAF V SVERIGES KONUNG'. On the reverse central to the design is a left facing eagle. Encircling this is relief text reading 'SV. FRIM. ORDENS V. S. M. MED VÖRDNAD OCH TACKSAMHET SVERIGES FRIMURARE / 1877 13/1 1947'.
