Top bar: Gold coloured metal bar with zig-zag and ridge design that are infilled with red and dark blue enamel. Ribbon: Ribbed and watered silk with a diamond shape design of dark blue and red. Ribbon device: Matt gold coloured metal bar in the form of a horizontal column, with text in relief reading ' 1811 / 2011'. At the centre is text reading 'CC' (Roman numerals 200) infilled with dark blue enamel. Hanging device: The Roman numeral 'C' (100) in gold coloured metal and infilled with red enamel, entwined with a two figure of eight knot design, infilled with light blue enamel, and a within a worm oroborus (snake biting its own tail) infilled with dark blue enamel. The design is within a Seal of Solomon (six pointed) in gold coloured metal, with a roundel of red enamel bearing text 'MOUNT SINAI CHAPTER No. 19 / 1811'. Pin: Vertical.
