- Pen and ink sketch of a descent in the diving bell to assess damage to the Thames Tunnel, signed by Isambard Kingdom Brunel. It seems likely that the descent depicted is that of 20 May 1827, when Marc Isambard Brunel and Isambard Kingdom Brunel descended together, and Isambard hang out of the bell to assess damage.

- Apparently underwent conservation at the Ashmolean c. 1983, and was mounted by them; remains in the mount. In 2018 underwent conservation funded by the NMCT following acquisition by the Museum.
