Brief description:
Hand-coloured engraving. Picture gallery visible at the top; left corridor of the Tunnel is locked off; sundial (?) visible above the tunnels; 'Wapping' on the left hand side of the entrance. Signed with names 'Jones' (bottom left) and 'Lacey' (bottom right). Presumably engraved by Samuel Lacey (d. 1859), published by Jones & Co.

Condition:
Good overall condition. When found in stores, the print was framed; this frame was removed to facilitate archival storage and in light of future reframing for the Reinvented Project.
