Brief description:
Cast and engraved silver metal oval plate jewel. Obverse central to the design is a level, a set square and a plumb rule. The level and set square have engraved foliage upon them. They all have been inset into the oval band, which has a rayed design in relief. There is a hanging loop on the top and the reverse is blank.
