Apron for a Past Master formerly owned by Peter Gilkes, circa 1820-1830.

Brief description:
Rectangular apron with triangular flap in lambskin and with light blue silk border, backing, ties and tassels with silver bullion ends. There are two levels in light blue silk on the apron and a third on the flap, and a silver embroidered sun within a compass and section of a circle on the apron.
