Border made of white muslin embroidered with yellow 'tasar' silk in chain stitch. With repeating pattern of birds and deer among floral sprigs between two narrow wavy sprig borders. All the motifs, worked in rows of chain stitch, are yellow on a white ground. Below is a scalloped fringe of loose bobbin lace.
