Other ranks’ cap badge, Royal Army Pay Corps, 1945 (c). This badge consists of a Royal Crest upon a scroll bearing the motto ‘Fide et Fiducia’ (In faith and trust). The Royal Army Pay Corps was formed in April 1920 following the amalgamation of the Army Accounts Department and the Army Pay Corps.
