Brief description:
Black and white photograph of 'No 5 locomotive'. Which was a type 0-6-OST locomotive which belonged to Rugby Portland Cement. The engine was built by Robert Stephanson Hawthorn in 1948 and was still running in 1967. Kept with rest of 2000/25 photographs in a cardboard folder with a label on the front which reads: 'Rugby, Industrial Locomotives'. In the back of the folder is a piece of paper which details the name of the train in the photograph, the type, the builder, the WKS.No./BLDG date, who it belonged to and what had happened to it by 1967. Dated c.1960.
