- A boxed medal from the Plastics Institute awarded to P.C. Webb in 1971 for his involvement in the design of blow moulded plastic nitric acid bottles. These bottles were considered much safer than previoulsy used glass bottles for transportation of nitric acid. The medal is decorated with a series of emblems split into four indidivdual sections: a mortar and pestal, a closed fist gripping a lightning bolt, a hammer and spanner, and an open book.
