- Pair of gauntlets in ribbed cloth in three colours, a lower stripe of green, a middle stripe of light blue and an upper stripe of dark blue, with gold lace edging and gold fringe, backed with dark blue ribbed cloth. On one side is sewn a roundel of ribbed cloth with the same coloured stripes. At the centre of the roundel is the device of an Indian temple, in gold purl with black silk detail. Framing the device is a double border of gold purl enclosing text reading 'SOUTHERN / INDIA' in gold purl.
