- Northern Ireland Women's Coalition poster. A cross-community party, the NIWC was founded in 1996 and played an important role in the talks leading up to the Good Friday Agreement. It had electoral success with the election of Monica McWilliams and Jane Morrice to the Northern Ireland Assembly but formally disbanded in 2006.
