Top bar: Gold coloured metal bar infilled with light blue enamel with text '1735-1935'. The bar is surrounded by a gold plated silver foliage motif. Ribbon: Ribbed and watered silk in light blue. Ribbon device: Gold coloured metal bar infilled with light blue enamel with text 'No. 48'. The bar is surrounded by a gold plated silver foliage motif. Bottom bar: Gold coloured metal bar in the form of a curl foliage motif. Hanging device: In gold plated silver, the letter 'C' (the Roman numeral for one hundred) entwined in a gold plated silver rope knot with four loops and no end, all within a circle formed by a snake biting its own tail (worm oroborus), also in gold plated silver. This design is set within a gold plated silver circular device infilled with light blue enamel with text 'LODGE OF INDUSTRY / 1725'. There is a presentation inscription on reverse. Pin: Vertical.
