From old museum label - 'Medal, Gilt medal of the Nottingham Pitt Club. Obv. Bust profile looking L of William Pitt, with inscription "NON SIBI. SED. PATRIAE. VIXIT." - Not for himself but for his country he lived. Rev. Inscribed "Nottingham Pitt Club, Established April 19th , 1814," surrounded with palm and oak branches tied with ribbon. Designed by Webb. Given by Mr. Marcus B. Huish, L.L.B.London.'
