Ribbon: Ribbed and watered silk in light blue. Hanging device: Gold plated silver metal disc that is infilled with enamel and painted with the crest of the Earls of Warwick, consisting of a white bear, which is muzzled and chained to a white staff. It is on a background of burgundy. Surmounting the disc is a gold plated silver metal shield that is surrounded by gold plated silver metal scrolling foliage and is bearing the City of London coat of arms, which is infilled with red and white enamel.
