- Gold coloured metal medal. On the obverse central to the design is a relief depiction of a letter 'G' enclosed within a set square and compass. Beneath this is a blank plaque. Encircling this is an acacia wreath tied at the bottom with a ribbon and relief text reading 'INDEPENDENCE LODGE No. 80, F. & A. M. / MILWAUKEE, WIS.'. On the reverse central to the design is a relief depiction of the Masonic Temple, Milwaukee. Beneath this is relief text reading 'MASONIC TEMPLE'. Encircling the whole design is relief text reading 'PAST MASTER NIGHT / NOVEMBER 10, 1905'.
