- Top bar: Gold coloured metal bar with zig-zag and ridge design infilled with red and dark blue enamel. Ribbon: Ribbed and watered silk with a diamond shape design of dark blue and red. Hanging device: The Roman numeral 'C' (100) in gold coloured metal and infilled with red enamel, entwined with a two figure of eight knot design, infilled with light blue enamel, and a within a worm oroborus (snake biting its own tail) infilled with dark blue enamel. The design is within a Seal of Solomon (six pointed) in gold coloured metal, with a roundel of red enamel bearing text 'HATHERTON CHAPTER No 2474 / 1918'. Pin: Vertical.

- Comments:
- Hatherton Lodge No. 2474 was consecrated on 28th September 1893, at the Stork Hotel in Walsall and took the name of the third Baron Hatherton of Walsall (Edward George Littleton, 1842–1930), who was one of the founding members. The Baron's coat of arms were adopted as the lodge emblem. The lodge is still active and currently meets in Aldridge, Walsall. The Roya Arch Chapter that is associated with the Lodge takes the same name and number and case consecrated in 1918.
