- Silver coloured metal with a bas relief image of St. Bede on the obverse, standing within a complete architectural arch with twisted and fluted columns and text at the base reading 'VENERABLE BEDE'. The arch has a foliage design to each side and around it is text reading 'SAINT BEDE / LODGE 1119', all in bas relief. On the reverse is text in bas relief reading 'TO / COMMEMORATE / THE 50TH YEAR OF / THE FOUNDATION / OF / ST. BEDE LODGE 1119 / OF A.F. AND A.M. / JARROW / JUNE 5TH 1866 / JUNE 5TH 1916'. The text in framed by a wreath of wheat and acacia, with a Pythagorean star (five pointed) above, all in bas relief.
