- Silver shoe horn with a finial bearing the crest of the Earls of Warwick, consisting of a bear, which is muzzled and chained to a staff within silver disc infilled with dark blue enamel. Surmounting the disc is a silver shield that is surrounded by silver metal scrolling foliage and is bearing the City of London coat of arms, which is infilled with red and white enamel. Curved around the bottom of the disc is a banner that is infilled with dark blue and white enamel and is bearing the text 'LONDON WARWICKSHIRE LODGE No. 3846'. Below this is a shaped plaque in silver that is bearing a set square and compass in relief.
