Top bar: Gold plated silver bar infilled with red enamel and bearing the text 'FOUNDER'. Above and below the bar are gold plated silver scrolling foliage motifs. Ribbon: Ribbed and watered silk in light blue. Ribbon device: Gold coloured metal Past Master's device being a set square with the 47th proposition of Euclid suspended below. Hanging device: Gold plated silver shield bearing the civic coat of arms for Norfolk (see notes below) in coloured enamels. The shield is divided into two uneven horizontal sections. The top half has a Lion passant guardant between two ostrich feathers on a red enamel background. The bottom section is split into two vertical sections, the left in gold plated silver and the right in back enamel. Through the centre of each section is a right diagonal section infilled with an ermine design. The shield is mounted with a gold plated silver boarder infilled with white enamel and bearing the text 'NORFOLK INSTALLED MASTERS LODGE / No. 3905'. Surmounting the border is a gold plated silver foliage motif. Pin: Vertical.

The Norfolk civic coat of arms was granted by Royal Warrant in 1904 to commeorate to commemorate King Edward VII’s lengthy residence at the Sandringham estate in Norfolk.
