Brief description:
A black and white postcard photo of Biddy Davenport, c1930's. Biddy was the daughter of William Davenport who had served in the Great War and was also an Army gym instructor. William taught the Port Sunlight Gymnastics club, and Biddy won several awards in the late 1920's at Gymnastic displays. She later became a hairdresser and left Port Sunlight after her marrage.
