A set square and compass in gold coloured metal and with engraved foliage designs surmounts the device. Pin: Horizontal.

- Inhabitants Lodge, No. 153 is one of a small number to have a non-standard centenary jewel. Prior to the mid 1860s lodges produced unofficial jewels for centenaries and those with existing jewels were allowed to continue them as a concession when a standard form was made compulsory.
