- Silver coloured metal medal with hanging loop. On the obverse central to the design is a relief set square and compass. Above this is relief text reading '1792 . 1892' and below is text reading 'CANADA'. Arching the central design at the bottom are two relief ivy branches tied at the bottom with a ribbon. In between the ends of the branches at the top is a relief depiction of a beaver. On the reverse is relief text reading 'CENTENARY / OF / FREEMASONRY / ∴ CANADA. ∴ / CELEBRATED / AT / TORONTO / DEC. 27. 1892'.
