Brief description:
Gold coloured metal bar in the form of a rule with attached pierced gold coloured metal ladder bearing engraved letters 'C', 'H' and 'F'. There is a hanging loop at the bottom with an attached hanging device. At the centre of this is a sun in splendour surrounded by a set square and compass. This is encircled by a border with engraved acacia. There is an inscription on the reverse.
