Brief description:
A set of cutlery designed by David Harman Powell who was part of Ekco's in-house design team. Referred to as semi-disposable because it was 'just too good to throw out,' this flatware set won a Council of Industrial Design Award for Consumer Orientated Products in 1970. The set comprises a knife, fork and spoon and is made of an injection moulded styrene acrylonitrile co-polymer. Manufactured by Ekco Plastics, the design which includes the knife blade placed perpendicular to the handle, Measurements given are for the spoon.
