- SHERINGHAM URBAN DISTRICT. The Public Health Acts Amendment Act, 1907. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that under the provisions of the above Act, which is now in force in the Urban District, it is an offence To Throw or lay any Dirt, Litter, or Ashes, or Night Soil, or and Carrion, Fish, Offal, or Rubbish On the Beach or on any unfenced ground adjoining or abutting upon any Street in the Urban District. Offenders are liable on summary Conviction to a penalty of not exceeding FORTY SHILLINGS for each offence, or in the discretion of the Court to imprisonment for not exceeding FOURTEEN DAYS.
