Brief description:
Oval shaped jewel in gold plated silver with central image of St. Andrew and his saltire cross on a dark blue enamel background. The border of the jewel is matt and in the form of a garter, with Gothic text in relief reading 'THE GRAND LODGE OF SCOTLAND'. Suspended from the jewel is a plumb rule in gold plated silver with a sun at the top and a column in relief running down the centre.
