Brief description:
A white leather roundel with a white felt backing with four metal pop studs. An the centre of the roundel is the device of a Grand Deacon, being a dove bearing an olive branch, in gold purl with black silk detail. Framing the device is a double border of gold embroidery edged with gold purl enclosing text at the top reading 'EAST KENT' in gold embroidery.
