Brief description:
Top bar: Gold coloured metal buckle bar with shaped edge. Ribbon: Ribbed silk in dark red. Ribbon device: Bar in the form of a buckle, in gold coloured metal. Bottom bar: Gold coloured metal buckle bar with shaped edge. Hnaging device: Seal of Solomon (six pointed or two interlocking triangles) in gold coloured metal, framing a Triple Tau symbol. On the Seal is engraved text reading 'DEO/REGI / FRATRIBUS / HONOR / FIDELITAS / BENEVOLENTIA'. The Seal is framed within a circular band of gold coloured metal, with engraved text below reading '1850'. The reverse of the jewel bears further text reading, on the Seal: 'WE HAVE FOUND / EYPHKAMEN / INVENIMUS / CULTOR DEI / CIVIS MUNDI'. On the frame: 'CHAPTER HOPE'. Pin: Horizontal.

'[We have found] Eyphkamen invenimus cultor dei, civis mundi' translates as 'We have found the worship of God, O citizen of the world'. Eyphkamen, or Eurekamen, is a Greek word meaning 'We have found it!'.
